The Diet & Lifestyle MOT is for individuals who would like professional direction on how to up level their current diet and lifestyle habits to reach their health goals.
In-depth one-to-one package
Initial Appointment: (1.5 hours) We'll delve into finding the root cause of what is causing your symptoms via a detailed health questionnaire. 2+ hours research are included outside of this session to ensure all suggestions are safe and up to date with scientific research. You'll be asked to fill in some pre-appointment paperwork in advance and will be sent an agreed customised plan following to implement for 4-6 weeks. Supporting recipes and information sheets may also be shared dependent on the requirement.
Follow Up Appointment: (30-45 mins) We catch up on how the plan went to refine or expand next steps. Implementing change can be difficult so in this session we work on ironing out any pain points or struggles to ensure plan success and development. This session will take from 30-45 minutes.
Dependant on your goals we may discuss whether additional check ins are required. Additional follow up sessions are priced at £45.
